Shipping is free on all purchases, with no minimum order required.

Customs duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Any applicable duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery.

Due to the value of our items, all orders are shipped with insurance and require a signature upon delivery.

Please ensure that all necessary delivery information is provided at checkout (building access code, intercom number, floor, etc.) to avoid delays or failed delivery attempts.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

BEAUTE FROISSEE cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, as delays may occur due to weather conditions or other factors beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Within Metropolitan France: 2 to 8 business days from the date of dispatch.

• International shipments: 3 to 14 business days* from the date of dispatch.
