We accept returns for items purchased within Metropolitan France and the European Union within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt. Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time. 

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include all original accessories (box, dust bag, invoice, etc.), with tags still attached.

Returns from non-EU countries: At this time, we do not accept returns for orders shipped outside Metropolitan France and the European Union.

To request a return, please email us at [email protected], specifying the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you are eligible for a prepaid return label, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund:
– €20 for returns within Metropolitan France
– €30 for returns from other European Union countries

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days.The full amount paid will be refunded. However, if a prepaid return label was provided, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
